Hygiene diri harus terjaga, dan pemakaian handuk/pakaian secara bersamaan harus dihindari. b. Untuk lesi terbatas, diberikan pengobatan topikal, yaitu dengan c. Antifungal topikal seperti krim klotrimazol, mikonazol, atau terbinafin, yang diberikan hingga lesi hilang dan dilanjutkan 1-2 minggu kemudian untuk mencegah rekurensi. d. Untuk penyakit yang tersebar luas atau resisten terhadap terapi topikal, dilakukan pengobatan sistemik dengan Griseofulvin dapat diberikan dengan dosis 0,5-1 g untuk orang dewasa dan 0,25 – 0,5 g untuk anak-anak sehari atau 10-25 mg/kgBB/hari, terbagi dalam 2 dosis. Golongan azol, seperti Ketokonazol 200 mg/hari, Itrakonazol 100 mg/hari, atau Terbinafin 250 mg/hari Pengobatan diberikan selama 10-14 hari pada pagi hari setelah makan. Konseling dan Edukasi Pasien penyakit jamur kulit diedukasi mengenai penyebab dan cara penularan penyakit.
